To date, they have released two full length albums, a 5 song ep, multiple 7"s, appear on several music compilations, and have produced 2 music videos. Their latest album, Take Control has been ranked #1 indie release of 2008 by music critic, Greg Kot. The band has also received local and national press coverage from the Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune, Alternative Press, Razocake Magazine, Punknews.org and many more. They have embarked on an international England tour, multiple U.S. East and West coast tours, several southern tours, and are constantly doing Midwest excursions. They have toured with and/or shared the stage with: 7 Seconds, Angry Samoans, Bouncing Souls, The Casualties, Dillinger Four, Lawrence Arms, The Methadones, Murphy's Law, Naked Raygun, NOFX, Off With Their Heads, Poison Idea, The Queers, The Riverdales, Stiff Little Fingers, Street Dogs, Strike Anywhere, Swingin' Utters, Youth Brigade, and many more.

Shot Baker is currently working on their third full length album, with a tentative release in late 2010 on Riot Fest Records. Extensive tour support is also in the plans for their third full length release.

Shot Baker isn't here to mix genres, hop on what's popular, or capture a sound. They're here to play music that drives them. It's this simplified way of raw aggression, anger, passion, and love for the music that makes them such a refreshing act to see these days.
